Package each piece with plenty of wrapping (newspapaper, cardboard, bubblewrap, etc.) to protect the carbide from chipping and tearing the box in shipment.
Put a list of all the items you are sending, along with your name, company name, shipping and billing address with phone number in the box and keep a copy for yourself for reference of what you sent.
If you do not have a credit account established with us, let us know how you wish to pay for the service. We will contact you regarding the total bill prior to returning your package. We except visa, mastercard, personal and business checks, cashiers checks, money orders, and payments through PayPal.com. Payments with visa or mastercard can be handled over the phone or you may fax the credit info to us. If you prefer to pay though PayPal, we will send you an ebill from PayPal if you provide us with an email address.
